The following terms and conditions of use (so-called GTC) determine the legal framework for making the Internet site https://latelierdes lacs.fr and associated services available, and to define the conditions of access to and use of the services by “the User”.

The following GTC are available in the section GTC of this site.

Any registration or any use of the site implies acceptance without reservation or restriction of these GTC by the User.   

Should the User not accept the GTC stipulated in this contract, the User must give up his/her right to access to services offered by this site.

Our website https://latelierdes lacs.fr provides the User with a free access to following services:

  • Consultation of the business offer from L’Atelier des Lacs.
  • Contact form and quote request form for a customized offer.
  • Optional registration of your name and contact details via the “User account” form.
  • Subscription to our “Newsletter”.
  • Online purchase via the following pages: “Store”, “Kart”, “Order”, “Validation”, “Payment”.
  • Complaints / Returns via the “Contact form”.

The website is accessible anywhere, free of charge, to any User with an Internet access.  All charges incurred by the User to access the service (hardware, software, Internet connection, etc.) are chargeable to him/her.

In accepting to register his/her personal data, the User commits himself/herself to supplying true and accurate information concerning his/her civil status and contact details; in particular his/her email address. 

To access the services, the User is then able to log himself/herself with his/her login and password.

Applicable law and competent jurisdiction

In the event of a dispute, the Client will question L’Atelier des Lacs’ customer service with a view to find a fair solution together. Failing an amicable solution, the dispute may be submitted to consumption mediation. The parties remain free to accept or refuse the use of consumption mediation. Before referring his/her case to the mediator, the Client must submit a complaint in writing to the customer service at this address: https://www.latelierdeslacs.fr/contacts/or by mail at the address “contact@latelierdeslacs.fr”.

Present distance selling conditions are subject to the French Law.

For any and all disputes and actions arising, the competent jurisdiction is Annecy Court.
